Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 20, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Vector Intelligence LLC(“Vector Intelligence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the company that operates the Intellura learning platform (“Intellura” or the “Service”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information. Vector Intelligence LLC is based in California, United States. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information, as those categories are described under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”):

  • Identifiers — name, email address, and an account identifier used to authenticate you.
  • Learning & usage data — study activity, quiz and challenge responses, mastery and progress metrics, and content you generate within the Service.
  • Device & technical data — browser type, operating system, general (city/region-level) location inferred from IP address, and diagnostic/performance data.
  • Communications — messages you send us (for example, through our contact form or by email).

We collect this information directly from you, automatically through your use of the Service, and, where applicable, from schools or educators who provision the Service for students. We do not intentionally collect government-issued identifiers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or health information.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, personalize, and improve the adaptive learning experience.
  • To authenticate your account and keep it secure.
  • To respond to your inquiries and send service-related messages (such as password resets or policy updates).
  • To analyze and improve the performance and reliability of the Service.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We use personal information consistent with the purposes for which it was collected and as described in the notice provided at or before the point of collection.

3. How We Disclose Information

We disclose personal information only to service providers and contractors who process it on our behalf and under written contracts that limit their use of the information — for example, cloud hosting, authentication, product analytics, email delivery, and AI model providers that power learning features. These providers may only use the information to perform services for us.

We may also disclose information to comply with law, to protect our rights or the safety of users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (subject to this Policy).

4. We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information

Vector Intelligence LLC does not sell your personal information, and does not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months, including the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16.

We honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing for the browser or device from which the signal is sent.

5. Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know / Access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it.
  • Delete — request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct — request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out — opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information (note: we do not sell or share).
  • Limit — limit the use of sensitive personal information (note: we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require an option to limit).
  • Non-discrimination — not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.

To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@intellura.ai or use our contact form. We will verify your request by matching the information you provide with information in our records, and we will respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

6. Your Privacy Choices

Because we do not sell or share personal information or use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a limitation option, no “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” action is necessary. You can still exercise any of the rights above at any time using the contact details in this Policy, and we will continue to honor Global Privacy Control signals.

7. Automated Decision-Making

Intellura uses automated processing to personalize learning — for example, to estimate what you have and haven't mastered and to adjust the difficulty and order of lessons and challenges. This processing is used solely to tailor educational content and is not used to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you. You may contact us to ask questions about this processing or to request human review of a learning recommendation.

8. Children's & Students' Privacy

Intellura is used by students, including those under 13 and K-12 students. We take the following commitments seriously:

  • Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent or the consent/authorization of a school acting on a parent's behalf for a school purpose.
  • Consistent with California's K-12 Pupil Online Personal Information Protection Act (formerly SOPIPA) and related law (including Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code §§ 22584-22585 and Cal. Ed. Code § 49073.1), we do not engage in targeted advertising to students, do not create student profiles except in furtherance of K-12 school purposes, and do not sell student information.
  • We use student data only to provide and improve the educational service, apply reasonable security measures, and delete covered student information at the request of a school or district.

Parents, guardians, or schools may review, correct, or request deletion of a child's information by contacting privacy@intellura.ai.

9. AI Providers & Student Data

Where AI model providers help power learning features, we require, through written agreements, that they keep data confidential, use it only to provide the service to us, and do not use personal information — including student data — to train their own models, except with the additional consent required by applicable law.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify associated personal information within a commercially reasonable period, subject to those obligations.

11. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of incidents where required by law.

12. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking for cross-context behavioral advertising.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice (such as an in-product notice or email). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
